Isaiah 3:10-11
“Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds. Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them! They will be paid back for what their hands have done.”
Isaiah 3:10-11 NIV
If we were to look at this world with nothing but our natural eyes, what we see may make us wonder where is the fairness of it all? To some, it may seem the good boys don’t always win. To some, it may seem evil advances while those who work to do right get pushed down, ridiculed, made fun of, and overlooked. But, the Bible reassures us time and again that what we see is not always the truth of the matter. Although what we see may upset and discourage us, we must maintain our course to live lives that are pleasing to our Lord. We must continue to remain faithful and righteous regardless. Though we may not know the whole story. And although we may not see things favorably and begin to question why, our comfort is in this one unchanging truth God sees everything. God knows everything, and He knows how to carry things forward in the best possible way. What we sow is what we reap. Never will a tomato plant bear a strawberry fruit. When we exhibit kindness to our fellowmen, we will also harvest the fruit of our good deed. When we help the needy, time will come that when we are in need that those whom we have helped will come to our rescue. And when we obey God’s commands to live a righteous life, we shall be blessed as promised. To those who do wicked things and feels pleasure on other people’s expense, one day God will punish them. Never will we escape God’s sight. He sees everything that we do and there is a corresponding consequence to every wrong action. I know one way or another we have all been mistreated, misjudged, discriminated, mocked or had experienced wicked things. Has justice not been served? Worry no more. Vengeance is in God’s hands. Verse eleven says, For what his hands have dealt out shall be done to him. Apply the Golden rule if we want to live a peaceful and blissful life. Do unto others what you want others do unto you and do not do unto others what you do not want others do unto you.God’s Words are simple, it is our actions and reasons that complicate things. He will turn it around for your good. In the midst of that difficult situation, say, All is well. When you say, All is well, you are trusting that God will make a way, that He will open new doors, that He will heal, deliver you and give you strength and the wisdom you need for today!!!
